New 2022 Season of ASC Clubhouse Conversations Continues
For more than 100 years, the core mission of the ASC has been to advance the art of cinematography. Our ASC Clubhouse Conversations series is one of several outreach initiatives to connect filmmakers and fans alike with some of the top creative talents in the industry.
Moderated by Society members, the in-depth discussions in each Clubhouse Conversations episode explores the cinematographer’s experience on a recent project, and, in some instances, includes their key collaborators. In recent episodes, those has included Sophia Coppola, Spike Lee, Lin-Manuel Miranda, Liesl Tommy, Siân Heder, Lee Daniels, Deon Taylor and David Fincher.

An impressive group of ASC members are participating this season as interviewers, including Patrick Cady, Michael Goi, Patti Lee, George Mooradian and James Whitaker. Also participating are American Cinematographer editor-in-chief Stephen Pizzello and technical editor Jay Holben.
